These terms apply to your use of siplowtide.net, run by Lowtide Drinks LLC ("Lowtide", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle personal information.

This site is for people of legal drinking age, 21 or older. By entering it, you confirm that you are. The site is intended for visitors in the United States. If you visit from anywhere else, you are responsible for following your local laws, including the legal drinking age where you are.

Lowtide contains alcohol. Please enjoy it responsibly, and never drink and drive.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell alcohol. Lowtide is sold by licensed retailers, bars and venues, and their terms apply to any purchase. Where a price is shown, it is a suggested retail price; retailers set their own.

The store locator lists places we believe carry Lowtide. Stock and stockists change often, so a listed store may be out of stock or may no longer carry it; please check with the store before you go.

Event details can change, so check with the organizer before you go. Many listed events are run by other people, and their own age limits and terms apply.

The Lowtide name, logo, can designs, photography and other content on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, change or use our trademarks or content for any other purpose without our written permission.

When you send a message or booking request through a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We use it to respond, as our Privacy notice describes. Please do not send confidential information or unsolicited ideas through the site; if you do, we may use the ideas without owing you anything.

You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law;
• submit false information, or someone else's information without their permission;
• send spam or automated form submissions;
• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site;
• copy content in bulk by automated means.

The site links to other websites, such as retailers, maps and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free or secure.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be heard in the state courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, or the federal courts for the Northern District of Illinois, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. We will post any change here with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.

• Program: Lowtide texts, sent by BDM Productions for Lowtide.
• What you get: recurring automated marketing texts about Lowtide product releases, events and merch, up to 5 messages a month.
• How to join: tick the text-message box where a sign-up form at siplowtide.net offers it, enter your mobile number, and confirm your date of birth. We send one text confirming your subscription.
• Who can join: you must be 21 or older. By joining, you confirm that you are the account holder for the number, or have the account holder's permission.
• Consent: consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message at any time. Other common opt-out words, such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT, work too. We send one text confirming that you have opted out, and nothing after it.
• For help: reply HELP, email bobby.demaria@bdmproductions.com, or use our contact form.
• Delivery: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see the Text messages section of our Privacy notice. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Changes: we may change or end the program. We post changes here, and text subscribers before any change that affects them.
